Dress Code

The school colours are grey, green and white, and every child is expected to wear these school colours.

Some items of clothing are sold through Speedstitch ( http://www.speedstitch.co.uk/). These all carry the school logo.

 Children are asked to wear:

• Green or Grey Jumpers, Cardigans or Sweatshirts
• Grey Skirts, Trousers, Pinafore Dresses or shorts
• Grey, Green or White Shirts, Blouses, Polo or 'T’ Shirts
• Green Checked/Striped Summer Dresses
• Black Shoes Only

We ask all children to come appropriately dressed for school and to wear flat shoes. Trainers should be black in the winter and black or white in the summer. We ask children not to wear 'Jelly’ shoes or any tops that do not cover the back of their neck and shoulders in summer. Children should also wear socks.

Both boys and girls may wear shorts but please ensure they are grey and not casual in style.

In addition the children will require kit for PE. This is simply a white 'T’ shirt, pair of black shorts and a pair of plimsolls, children may also wear tracksuits in plain colours if you wish for colder seasons. PE clothes should be kept at school in a named PE bag during the week as lessons may be altered to suit curriculum needs.

If your child has long hair, please ensure a hair band of some type is kept in their PE bag so that hair can be tied back for safety in PE lessons

Please ensure that all clothing is clearly marked with your child’s name.

For safety, jewellery other than studs for pierced ears is not allowed. Children, however, may wear a watch but the school cannot take responsibility should either watches or stud earrings be lost or damaged.
