The Chingford C of E Parents Association is a non-profit charity run by the parents and carers of the school to help raise desperately needed funds for the benefit of the children. In addition to this PA page on the school site we also have another site. Events that are coming up. More information/letters to follow -
3rd November 2018 - Fireworks display. Gates will open at 5pm and the display will start at 6.30pm.
6th November 2018 - Reception parents summer fayre planning meeting - 3.10-4pm. Reception parents are invited to join the PA and enjoy a coffee straight after school.
8th December 2018 - Christmas fayre 12-4pm.
Thank you for your ongoing support and money! Please be proud by supporting all of our events. This year so far from April 2018 we were able to do the following -
£250.00 - First aid training course for all children in Year 6
£616.00 -Leavers yearbooks for every child in Year 6
£12,000.00 - towards the funding for the air-conditioning at the juniors
From April 2017 - March 2018 we were able to give the school the following -
£2110.00 - school trip subsidy
£3557.00 - for the new pond area
£2778.70 - for the sensory room
£10,000.00 - has been put aside for the air conditioning to be completed at the juniors.
Our Club 100 has been revamped and is now the "Lucky 100"! You can sign up for either a monthly payment of £5 or £60 for a year. You will be assigned a number between 1 and 100. 3 lucky winners will be drawn on the last Friday of the month. Draws will take place on the last Friday of the month and start from the end of September. Sales will end one week before the draw date. You can purchase more than one number. You can buy your ticket on www.ptaevents.co.uk/ccofe If all numbers sell the monthly prizes will be :-
1st prize - £150
2nd prize - £75
3rd prize - £25
This will be revised accordingly if not all numbers are sold. Family members and friends are more than welcome to join in too! The money raised for the school will give each teacher £200 (if all numbers are sold) to spend on something special for their class throughout the year. Good Luck!!
