Each term there is an art competition across the whole school, this competition is based around a theme

Artsmark Silver award

As a school we have received a Silver Artsmark award for the commitment and priority with delivering high quality teaching and learning opportunities within the arts. Our aim with this award is to focus on teaching the arts to help to make an impact on ensuring all children from all backgrounds have equal opportunities, close any gaps in early development, to improve mental health and general wellbeing of our pupils.

Children have all kinds of opportunities to experience the arts outside of lessons, from music lessons to Art Therapy, Forest School to external dance workshops and so many more!/opportunities with external clubs. These opportunities are continued throughout the school and all children are encouraged and supported to take part.
