On Monday the 18^th November the RRS school council went to the City hall to learn more about the Mayor of London and what he does for us . We also found out about the history of London and how it became what it is today. We found out that London is the most Eco friendly of the major cities.

William from year 6 said "I thought this was one of the best trips I've been on it was very informative and I learnt so much from one day".

Indie from Year 6 said, 'We had a great guide called Richard who was very knowledgeable who had lots of facts about London and was also very kind'.

We were lucky enough to go on the cable car (unlike last year when the weather was too windy!) and we even saw a plane taking off from City airport.

Ella said “We saw some amazing views. We saw construction work on the new vehicle tunnel which is part of the mayor’s regeneration process".

And Anthony from year 6 had this to say "I loved the sights they were incredible I specifically liked seeing City airport and the super yacht".
