Pupils share their World Cup nations research findings
With World Cup excitement reaching fever pitch, pupils in all our Key Stage 2 classes shared their research into the topography and culture of 8 World Cup nations during this morning’s assembly. The countries researched were Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Ghana, Senegal, Argentina and Japan.
Amongst the myriad of facts and figures presented by the children were Japan’s population is twice that of the United Kingdom and that the most widespread religious faith group in Argentina and Mexico is Roman Catholicism.
