Year 1 visit London Transport Museum
Year 1 visited the London Transport Museum, as part of their History, Art and D&T topics. They looked at a range of vehicles, from the past and moving on to the present. They participated in an interactive workshop, learning about Joe Clough, who was the first Caribbean man to drive a bus in London. The children also learnt about Jill Viner, who was the first lady to drive a bus in London.
Year 1 had an amazing time and they represented Chingford C of E beautifully.
