On Friday 20^th March 2026, Year 5 will be watching a live concert by the London Symphony Orchestra at the Barbican Hall. The concert is The King Who Tried to Change his Fate: An Orchestral Storytelling - KS2 Concert.

Travel method: Public transport (train), departing school at 9.50am. The concert performance starts at
12noon and will last one hour. We will return to school by the end of the school day.

Lunch: Packed lunch required and a healthy snack (no fizzy drinks, shellfish, nuts or glass bottles and a light back pack is suitable).

Dress code: School uniform, with a coat/jacket and appropriate footwear.

To help pay for the costs of the tickets, we are asking for a voluntary contribution of £5.00 to cover the cost of this wonderful experience.
