  • Chingfords Got Cleaners

    Fri 18 Mar 2016

Chingford's Got Cleaners took to the streets in time for the 90th birthday of HM the Queen.  Sixteen pupils from across the year groups on the Junior site filled nine bags of rubbish from the surrounding area.

Our litter pickers and parents collected rubbish from the surrounding streets near the school and then went up to Station Road, across onto The Green, up Green Walk and back through the churchyard of Ss Peter and Paul.

I think some of the children were astounded by the amount of litter they found.
