Faure's Requiem
Mon 18 Mar 2019On Saturday a small choir of years 6 and 4 girls performed Faure's Requiem, in a massed choir at St Mary's Church, Woodford. The event was organised by Forest School, and conducted by James Clements - Head of Music. The girls were amazing, singing in Latin and following the many paged libretto. They were accompanied by a full orchestra, organ and the noted Baritone Soloist Tom Mcveigh. It was a wonderful performance and an evening to remember.
