Football Team

The school recently entered 4 teams into a 6 a-side tournament held at Goals Soccer Centre. The teams consisted of two boys' and two girls' teams who battled against sides schools from the North Chingford area.

The Boys' 'A' team fared the best by qualifying for the finals where they finished in 5th place!

Among our visitors for this special occasion were 3 people who met and made friends when they attended CCofE School aged 5, 79 years ago and have remained friends ever since!

Drysdale Park Relaunch

Children from Year 3 were guests of honour at the recent relaunching of Drysdale Park. The children got to play on the new facilities and tucked into mince pies and other goodies provided by the local council.

School Council visit to the LBWF Town Hall

Our School Councillors recently met the Mayor of Waltham Forest when they visited the Town Hall, Walthamstow. The children enjoyed a Q&A session with the Mayor and got to meet some of Chingford's local councillors.

We had a lovely time at the Sportshall athletics AND we came 3rd! It was an amazing opportunity to compete against other schools at athletics, in the Copperbox on the Olympic site as the venue.
